Review Contractors Designs and Oversee Site Works.
We were instructed by Mansell Construction Ltd to provide them with mechanical and electrical support for a high-end care home reviewing the contractors mechanical and electrical designs, attending site meetings and reviewing progress on site including witness commissioning. The building consisted of 60 standard rooms/suites and 20 specialist dementia bedrooms.
