Portland Hotel, Southsea
Conversion to residential accommodation.
We are working for the Developers as their M&E Designers looking at the main infrastructure and providing ongoing advice on the internal spaces for compliance with British Standards and Building Regulations. Portland Hotel is located in Southsea, Hampshire and has been vacant for a number of years and is a listed building and is being converted to twelve residential properties.
Our role is to liaise with utility companies and design the main incoming services and Landlords plant room to serve the apartments. The development is in the early stages for the M&E Services and we are looking forward to working with the Developers team to the successful completion of this project.
