Wilton Hill Veterans Accommodation
We are working for Our Enterprise as their M&E Advisors on the Commercial Area of the Old Erskine Barracks development, Wilton, Near Salisbury. We produced a Stage 3 M&E Performance Scheme for the Veterans Residential Accommodation for M&E Contractors to develop into a detailed scheme.
We have been retained to review the contractors' design proposals and to check progress and installation quality on site. The residential accommodation consists of 44 Apartments with a Café and Common Room for the residents. The building has a CHP as part of the sustainability strategy which is predominantly serving the building hot water usage. The building is part of a larger development with a Creche, Enterprise Hub, Care Home and a number of houses.
